Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Operated by Anoziva · Contact: azvoma@gmail.com
This policy explains what personal data Pawsport collects, why, and what happens to it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Quote tool enquiries: when you use our vaccination quote tool, we collect the details you enter — your postcode or town, pet type and pet age — plus any contact details you provide so practices can respond to you. Usage data: like most websites, we collect standard technical data (pages visited, device type) via cookies where you consent — see our cookie policy.
How we use enquiry data
Enquiries exist to be shared: their purpose is to connect you with local veterinary practices, and we pass your enquiry to partner practices in your area so they can respond with prices and availability. Partner practices may pay us a fee per enquiry — see our disclosure. We share your enquiry only with the practices relevant to your request, never sell it to unrelated third parties, and don't use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to operate the referral and handle any follow-up, then delete them. You can withdraw consent or ask what we hold about you at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email azvoma@gmail.com to exercise any of these. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This policy is a working draft prepared in good faith. Before commercial launch it should be reviewed by a qualified data-protection professional, as lead-sharing arrangements have specific UK GDPR requirements.
