Disclosure
Editorial & advertising disclosure
Pawsport is free for pet owners to use. This page explains exactly how the site makes money, so you can judge our content with full information.
1. Vaccination enquiry referrals (our primary model)
When you use our quote tool and ask to be matched with local practices, we may pass your enquiry to partner veterinary practices in your area, and those practices may pay us a fee per enquiry received. This never changes the price you pay the vet. Partner status does not affect our editorial guides, and practices cannot pay to alter the factual content of their listing.
2. Premium listings (planned)
In future, practices will be able to pay for enhanced placement in our directory. Any promoted listing will be clearly labelled as such, and paying will never buy a practice better editorial treatment, invented ratings, or removal of accurate information.
3. Advertising (planned)
We may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) on guide pages. Ads are served by the ad network, are visually distinct from our content, and advertisers have no input into what we write.
What we never do
We don't invent prices or star ratings, we don't accept payment for positive coverage, and we don't share your enquiry details with anyone other than the practices you've asked to hear from — see our privacy policy for how your data is handled.
